| 11 Special Public Prosecutors appointed |

The Sindh Criminal Prosecution Service Department, with the approval of a competent authority (Minister Criminal Prosecution Service), has appointed 11 advocates as Special Public Prosecutors for Anti-Terrorism Courts (ATC). They shall be paid a fixed remuneration of Rs30,000 per month. The new appointees include Bashir Ahmed Siyal at ATC-I, Larkana; Mehar Ali Abro at ATC-II, Larkana; Zamin Hussain Mirza at ATC, Hyderabad; Mubashar Ahmed Mirza at ATC, Karachi; Muhammad Tahseer Khan at ATC, Karachi; Rukhsana Siyal at ATC, Sukkur; Muhammad Khan Buriro at ATC, Karachi; Muhammad Essa Mallah at ATC, Badin; Muzaffar Leghari at ATC, Mirpurkhas; Ahsan Memon at ATC, Jacobabad; and Ghazala Siyal at ATC, Khairpur. Meanwhile, the services of 11 other Special Public Prosecutors at ATCs were dispensed with. These include Naimat Ali Randhawa at ATC-I Karachi, Nasir Qadir Durrani at ATC-II Karachi, Jamal Ahmed Mufti at ATC-III Karachi, Muhammad Mazhar Qayyum at ATC-V Karachi, Ghulam Rasool Shah at ATC Hyderabad, Ziauddin Qasmi at ATC Sukkur, Arbab Ali Khan Ghoto at ATC Sukkur, Ghualm Qadir Rajput at ATC Khairpur, Faiz-un-Nisa Channa at ATC-I Larkana, Abdul Rehman A. Bhutto at ATC-II Larkana, and Ali Gul Shaikh at ATC-III Larkana. |
