1. If we make a practice to say "YA WAJID-O" with every morsel (nawaala) during meal, Allah Subhanahoo relieves every disease of the person.

2. Take a glass of drinking water and recite "YA SALAAM-O" 121 times (Awwal-Aakhi 3/3 martaba Durood Sharif) to intake by the sick person.
