| Police arrest 21 culprits in one day |

Capital City Police Officer, Sultan Salahuddin Babar Khattak, has said that Karachi Police during its operations and snap checking, collectively arrested 21 criminals . They also recovered 14 pistols, one revolver, liquor, cash, and 12 cell phones from their possession. According to the details, Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Ghulam Sarwar, from the Chakiwara Police Station, along with his patrolling police party, gestured three suspicious elements to stop, who in return attempted to abscond. One of the criminals, Siraj, was arrested however, from whose possession was recovered a TT pistol. Investigation is under process. A patrolling party from the Nazimabad police station, under ASI Asif Zia, arrested 5 wanted criminals from near the Chhota Maidan. The patrolling party demanded them to surrender, but the criminals started firing at the police. After the encounter, the police arrested all five criminals. Three pistols, two daggers, and 12 cell phones were recovered from their possession. New Karachi Industrial Area police managed to nab Zulfikar and Naeemuddin based on a complaint lodged by Bahadur Ali, who was injured by their firing after he resisted giving up his cell phone. A TT pistol was recovered from them. In the meantime, the Karachi Police during their snap checking in Keamari Town, arrested Nazim Khan, Abdul Sattar, and Rehmat from whom two pistols and liquor was recovered, while in Lyari Town, Aziz and Qasim were arrested from whose possession two pistols were found. |
