Polish envoy, Chinese C-G meet Sindh CM |

Ambassador of Poland to Pakistan, Dr Krzystof Debnicki and Chinese Consul-General (C-G) in Karachi, Chen Shanmin, held separate meetings on Friday with Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah and discussed bilateral affairs.
During the meeting with the Chinese C-G the Sindh CM expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of thousands of lives due to the devastating earthquake in China and assured him of all possible support and assistance to the people of China on behalf of the people of Pakistan.
Later, the Polish Ambassador in Pakistan, Dr Krzystof Debnicki, along with the Polish Consul-General (C-G) in Karachi, Ireneusz Makles, called on the Sindh CM and discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the fields of health, education, and industrial and economic growth, as well as cultural relations between the two friendly states.
The Sindh CM briefed the visiting Polish diplomats about the cultural heritage, the potential of natural resources and manpower in the province and presented traditional Sindhi gifts (an Ajrak and a Sindhi cap) to the guests. |
