| Revolutionary steps to promote education in Sindh |

Revolutionary steps would be taken for the promotion of education. This was declared by the Sindh Education Minister, Pir Mazharul Haq. He was talking to various delegations in his office on Saturday. Pir Mazhar declared that the government would spread education in every nook and corner of the province. He also pointed out that the injustices that were done with the people of Sindh would be redressed by the present government. The minister announced that the manifesto given by Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto would be implemented in letter and spirit. He further said that the government had embarked on a policy of national reconciliation on the constitutional package as well as other issues. Pir Mazhar said that the mandate of the people was with the Pakistan People’s Party. He stated that those who are spreading rumours live in fool’s paradise. On the occasion the minister also listened to the grievances of the people and issued on-the-spot directives to redress the genuine ones. |
