The Nazim SITE Town, Izhar Uddin Ahmed Khan, informed the residents of Union Council (UC) 8 on Monday that the local town administration will complete the construction of an underground water tank in a few days. He told the people that the project will cost over Rs10.9 million and the project will facilitate the residents of UC 8.

malir: Acting Town Nazim Sharafat Ali has said that the development works underway in the rural and urban areas of the town will be completed in the stipulated time. The concerned contractors have to ensure the use of quality materials in the uplift works, he said presiding over a meeting of town officers (TOs), town works committee and contractors on Monday. He also mentioned that strict action would be taken against those using substandard material. The Nazim stated that all town roads were being repaired.
