Student usually do not know how to study.Most of them think that the more they study,the more they will learn.Concequently,they become a bookworm spending more and more hours on studies.however,they learn quite little.there is an optimum for any work which you do.Mostly the optimum is 5 hours for the great majority of students.When a student hase reached an optimum,he must not stop,he should start doing some other thing.He will relax.Mind gets relaxation by variety.Country to mind,body needs rest to conserve energy for phisical work.Beyond the optimum,ther is only fatigue and loss of concentration.You learn less while you get more fatigue.
