itna qareeb aya k dil mein samaa gaya
woh aik pal jo de gaya asoodgi ki khair
jazbon ki taza dhoop mein pagal bana gaya
pehly meray wajood per utra wo boond boond
barsa to phir ghata ki tarah mujh pe chha gaya
woh jab mila to piyas se lab khushk thay bohat
louta to hasraton ko wo pani pila gaya
paband kar gaya mujhy lamhon ki qaid main
ankhon pe apni yaad k pehray bitha gaya
