Ingredients:
• Green mangoes 400 gms,
• mint leaves 10 gms,
• black salt 10 gms,
• amchur powder 10 gms,
• sugar 50 gms,
• salt and chaat masala to taste.

Method:
Wash mangoes and wipe them dry.
Put the mangoes in the oven for 20 minutes on medium heat.
Alternatively you could steam them.
Allow the mangoes to cool.
Peel the mangoes and set the pulp aside.
Using a blender, mix together the mango pulp, mint leaves, black salt, amchur powder, salt, sugar and ice cubes.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
