  • 2 tbsps. Vegetable oil
  • 2 nos. Fresh red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves. Garlic, chopped
  • 225 gms. Mushrooms, sliced
  • 115 gms. Beansprouts
  • 115 gms. Prawns, peeled & cooked
  • 2 tbsps. Lime juice
  • 2 nos. Onions, sliced in rings
  • 1 tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • To taste Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 10 nos. Mint leaves, shredded
  • As required Mint leaves to garnish
  • To taste Salt

InstructionsInstructions  1.Heat oil in a wok, add chilies, garlic and stir for 2-3 minutes. 2.Add the mushrooms and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. 3.Then add the bean sprouts, prawns and then stir in the lime juice, onions, fish sauce, sugar and salt. 4.When hot, remove from the heat and stir in the coriander and mint. 5.Serve garnished with mint leaves.
