  • 1 tsp. Ajwain
  • 2-3 nos. Whole dry red Chilies
  • 3 tbsps. Salt crystals
  • ½ tsp. Citric acid
  • 1 tsp. Dry Mango powder
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 2 tsps. Garam masala
  • 1 tsp. White/black pepper powder

InstructionsInstructions  1. Roast the coriander, cummin, ajwain seeds seperately and powder them with chilies, black salt and citric acid. 2. Mix in the remaining ingredients. 3. Store in a air-tight container.
