  • 4 tbsps. Coriander seeds
  • 1¼ cup Red chilies
  • ½ cup Peppercorns
  • 3/4 cup Red gram dal
  • 1/4 cup Bengal gram dal
  • ½ tbsp. Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp. Turmeric powder
  • 1 small Curry leaves

InstructionsInstructions  1.Roast and dry all the ingredients separately except the turmeric powder. 2. Mix all the ingredients, powder fine in a liquidiser (mixie) adding the turmeric powder. 3. Store in an airtight container and use when required.
