Mackerels with AlmondsMackerels with Almonds

  • As required Pepper, ground
  • 4 nos. Mackerel, small
  • 70 gms Unsalted butter
  • 50 gms Almonds, flaked
  • 2 tbsps. Lemon juice
  • As required Lemon wedges
  • As required Salt

InstructionsInstructions  1.Clean and season the mackerels with salt. 2.Heat some unsalted butter in a pan, and fry the mackerels in it till are cooked well on both sides. 3.Keep the fried mackerels on tissue paper to absorb the excess oil. 4.Heat the remaining butter, add the flaked almonds and fry till they turn light brown in colour. 5.Next stir in the lemon juice and salt and pour over the fried mackerels. 6.Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
