  • 500 gms. Carrots
  • 2 flakes Garlic(chopped)
  • 10 gms. Ginger(chopped)
  • ½ tsp. Methi Seeds
  • 1 tsp. Mustard Seeds
  • 60 gms. Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • A few Raisins
  • 1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsps Oil
  • To taste Salt

InstructionsInstructions  1.Peel carrots and grate them. 2.Heat oil and add mustard seed, methi seed,and cumin seed till it crackles. 3.Then add ginger,black pepper and garlic and fry for a minutes. 4.Add all the other ingredients. 5.Cook till carrots are tender and oil comes out. 6.Cool and bottle.
